Give Where You Live. Change a Child's Story.

This April 30 – May 1, we're participating in Yellowstone Valley Gives, our community's 24-hour giving day, where 100% of donations go directly to local nonprofits. Every dollar raised goes directly to our Learning & Literacy Program, putting books, technology, and classroom supplies in the hands of children who need them most.

Friends of the Children – Eastern Montana provides full-time, professional mentors, called Friends, to children facing the greatest obstacles in Yellowstone County. We commit to every child from kindergarten through high school graduation. 12+ years, no matter what.

What Your Gift Makes Possible

Age-appropriate, culturally relevant books for every child in our program.

Technology

Phillips 66 is our 2026 Premier Learning & Literacy Partner! Their investment reflects a shared belief that every child in Yellowstone County deserves the foundation to learn, grow, and thrive. Your Yellowstone Gives donation joins their leadership and amplifies it.

The results speak for themselves, in 2025:

  • 100% of children advanced to the next grade level
  • 80% participated in our summer literacy program
  • 50 children enrolled across 15 partner schools in Yellowstone County

For every $1 invested in Friends of the Children, our community benefits over $7 in saved social costs. Helping one child saves our community $900,000.

Phillips 66 is leading the way. Will you join them?

Every child in Yellowstone County deserves a Friend — someone in their corner for 12+ years, no matter what. Mark your calendar for April 30 and give where you live!

Gifts submitted through the form below will be applied to our Yellowstone Valley Gives local giving day campaign.
