RayQuan Evans is a proud Indigenous/African American father, husband, and leader to his community. He graduated in 2017 from Skyview High School in Billings, MT. At skyview he was a part of a back-to-back state championship run his sophomore and junior year. From there RayQuan attended North Idaho College in Coeur d’ Alene Idaho for two years. He graduated in 2019 and was able to be a part of the first back-to-back championships in school history. RayQuan’s accomplishments lead him to Florida State University where he attended college for three years. He graduated at the highest level and earned two degrees: Interdisciplinary Social Science and International affairs. His last journey would lead to an organization in the professional basketball league of Sweden. He was later called to public speak so he can impact the lives of youth.

RayQuan is on a mission to inspire kids to be the best version of themselves. Impacting youth is very important to him. He is able to share his stories as a basketball player, a student who struggled with school, his adversities in life and how he was able to overcome them. Being a part of basketball camps, schools assemblies and small groups have helped him spread his message and connect with students from different backgrounds. Speaking is preparing RayQuan to not just motivate, but to help change generations. He is shining light in places where it is not seen. The communities that he has had the opportunity to reach have been loving and welcoming. Giving the youth hope, strength and power to change not only their lives, but their families’ lives as well has driven him to do what he does now.
