Staff: Dawn Wilson

Dawn Wilson joined Friends of the Children – Eastern Montana in January 2023 as the Operations Manager. Prior to joining Friends of the Children, she served as Director of Supportive Operations at Montana’s largest child and family mental health center, Youth Dynamics, where she was employed since 2008. Dawn provided oversight to facilities, fleet, and safety for 30 locations and over 50 vehicles statewide. She supported the Board of Directors among other various administrative and operational functions. She is working to complete her B.S. in Business Administration.

Dawn lived in Wyoming prior to coming to Montana where she was the Administrative Assistant at a private counseling and hypnosis office. This is where she discovered her passion for the mental health field and helping humans from an operational standpoint. She enjoys spending time with her significant other, two adult children and three dogs, gardening, cooking, and reading.
